TruPraxis provides AI-driven tools for materials qualification and certification. Our platform enables engineers and researchers to analyze microstructure data, predict material performance, and quantify uncertainty in materials analysis.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. RESULTS FROM AI ANALYSIS SHOULD BE VALIDATED BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUPRAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
