7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUPRAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
